We take special precautions regarding children — because kids deserve extra protection! 🛡️ If a user chooses to register, they can input a date of birth, username, and email address. The account is limited to age-appropriate features. Features that may involve posting personal information (like comments) are automatically disabled for young users.
Upon registration, the user's email address is turned into an encrypted "one-way hash" — we can't even read it ourselves! We do not permanently store email addresses of young users in a recoverable format. We have no means of initiating contact with such users by email after registration. We do not collect more personal data than is necessary from children, and we do not distribute children's personal information to third parties without parental consent. We allow users to create AI-generated images based on text prompts or uploaded images. Super cool stuff! ✨
We may store user-uploaded and user-generated content to analyze and improve AI models (e.g., refining artistic styles) — but we do not share this data with third parties unless it's for providing the user-requested service.
We do not claim ownership of user-generated images, but may feature top creations within the platform. Fame awaits! 🌟
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails about your account or our ongoing business relations. You may also opt-out of receiving SMS notifications via the settings on your device. We may publicly display your data when you participate in in-game activities for user identification (like leaderboards — show off those skills! 🎮). If you use Third Party Social Networks to participate in in-game activities, Apexieg and its affiliates may also collect, use, store, transmit, and publicly display statistical gameplay data including scores, rankings, achievements, and content created and shared with other players.
